Each plan offers unique features such as the number of pages, products, members, storage and bandwidth. All plans come loaded with secure hosting, an email platform, an SSL Certificate, Website Analytics, a CRM (for managing contacts), Support and School Blog.

How do I subscribe to a plan?

Register for a free trial and when you you're ready to subscribe to a plan go to your Dashboard and click Billing.  Here you can select your plan and subscribe. 

Do I need a subscription to use the builder?

We offer an unlimited free trial for 14 days. After the trial has ended you can continue to use the builder but you will need an active subscription to one of our plans to make your website live for visitors to view. You can pay for the plan paid on a monthly or annual basis.

Can I use my own domain?

Absolutely! We provide a free subdomain but most schools want to use their own domain. You'll need to add some information to your existing domain to point it to your new school website. We can talk you through how to do this or do this for you. If you don’t have a domain already you can purchase one through a domain provider like GoDaddy or Namecheap. They also have an option to add a domain manager which is handy if you want to provide us with access to point the domain for you.

Do you offer free support?

Absolutely! We offer free support via live chat and emails. Currently, we don’t offer phone support as we find email and live chat to be most effective as we work with schools all over the world. If you have any questions at all we’re here to help! We also provide guides and video tutorials.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer discounts on our yearly plans and for multiple websites.  You can save between 17%-22% when you pay for your plan on an annual basis and we offer special plans for multiple websites.  We also offer discounts for our school website design service if multiple websites are needed.

We do provide other discounts throughout the year so be sure to look out for our emails for the latest deals!

Will my website by GDPR & Cookie compliant?

Yes, you can create a school website that is GDPR and Cookie Compliant. Our builder has several features to help you with your compliance. For GDPR and privacy, you can request a copy user's data or delete their data directly within the builder.  You can also add checkboxes to form to get the user's consent and add a Privacy Policy. We have a cookie compliance feature which allows your website users to opt-in or out of cookie tracking and you can enable the cookie permission banner. You will also need to add a Cookie Policy. Will the site be accessible? 

We create every school website with accessibility in mind. We believe every website should be accessible for all. Depending on where you are in the world there may even be a legal requirement for your school website to be accessible. We use accessibility best practices when designing and building school websites. We can also install the free or premium UserWay accessibility widget. The free widget provides partial compliance and their premium plans ensure full compliance.
